For large orders, we may not have enough in stock. If you want to purchase a large quantity, fill out the contact form with your order request and we will get to work on your order right away. Please allow 1-2 weeks (depending on volume) for us to finish your order. Some orders may take longer depending on the quantity.How to Request a Specific Color
Colors may differ slightly due to varying monitor & screen displays. Also, different filament companies may use different dyes and hues. To request a specific color (more specific than 'blue' or 'white'), it may help to find the Hex code of your color at this link and then send us the code with our contact form.
Shipping and Tax
Shipping and tax costs are automatically calculated on all orders placed with an Online Shop. For other orders, the shipping and taxes will be calculated with and added to an order request sent with a contact form, and the totals will be emailed to you with an invoice.
*For anyone in or around Minidoka County, Idaho area who wants to place an order: we can waive the shipping cost if we meet locally for the exchange. You may also email us your order and pay with cash or with Venmo!
